DAVID M. CEYKOVSKY is the President and Construction Manager
of Prime Group Homes.
David
is responsible for hiring and coordinating all subcontractors
and vendors, as well as the overseeing and managing of the
developments of Prime Group and “On Your Lot”
building program.
David
has over 30 years experience in the construction business,
having started his career as a framing contractor in 1971.
Over the years, he has developed a wonderful working relationship
with his clients in the course of building many town homes
and twins as well as many upscale homes throughout the Lehigh
Valley and Pocono’s.
David is on-site each and every day at all developments
and home sites currently under construction.
David
is involved with each and every home from the initial meetings
with the client during the planning stage to discussions
concerning options and revisions to floor plans, as well
as constant contact during the entire construction period
through to settlement. In addition, David prides himself
on expeditiously handling any punch list items and strives
to maintain an excellent working relationship with each
and every client.
Over
the years, David’s success is the result of quality
construction, the ability to communicate with clients and
his attention to detail, both during construction and post-closing.

Connie is our
full time Office Manager. She will help with the Selection
Process and assist you with any questions you may have from
start to finish of your new home. Connie works closely with
the Builder, Warranty Manager and YOU to ensure that you
have a positive building experience.
